No. 23 Noles Welcome Louisville for Sue Semrau Night

TALLAHASSEE – The No. 23 Florida State women's basketball team (19-5, 9-3 ACC) will host Louisville (17-7, 10-3 ACC) on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center.
The game will honor Sue Semrau, the winningest coach in program history, guiding the Seminoles to 16 NCAA Tournament appearances, five Sweet 16s, three Elite Eights, and two ACC co-regular season titles, at halftime against the Cardinals.
The Seminoles lead the all-time series over the Cardinals, 19-18, however, Louisville has won the previous three meetings.
The Seminoles lead the nation in scoring at 92.1 points per game, recently producing its seventh 100-point game this season.
FSU is led by Ta'Niya Latson at 26.0 points per game, and Makayla Timpson who leads Power 4 players in blocks this season with 3.29 blocks per game and 79 blocks this season.
After being named to the Wooden Award Late Midseason Top 20 on Tuesday, Latson was named to the Naismith Trophy Women's College Player of the Year Midseason Team on Wednesday.

The Seminoles fell to No. 14 NC State (19-3, 10-2 ACC) on Sunday afternoon 97-74.
Timpson contributed 14 points and nine rebounds, earning her 1,000th career rebound, becoming the third Seminole in history to achieve the standard.
Latson led the offense with 23 points, while O'Mariah Gordon finished with 20 points and three assists.
