OCALA, Fla. – The No. 13/NR Florida State swimming and diving team fell to No. 4/10 Florida on Friday afternoon at Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training in Ocala, Florida.

In the team's final dual meet of the 2025-26 season, the Seminoles recorded five individual victories, led by sophomore Logan Robinson, who posted one win and two NCAA-qualifying times.

"We had some good things here and there against a highly-ranked team, congratulations to Florida," FSU head coach Neal Studd said. "Now, we've got to turn around and be ready in a few weeks for ACC's, so this was a good meet to prepare us for that."

The men fell 202-93 and the women 186-110 in the dual meet.

Robinson's win came in the 100 freestyle with a time of 43.30. He also recorded two NCAA-qualifying times and finished second in both the 200 butterfly (1:42.29) and 100 butterfly (46.06).

Freshman Ioana Stirbu touched first in the 200 freestyle (1:47.19), while sophomore Alice Velden was victorious in the 100 backstroke (53.34).

McDade took the top time in the 50 freestyle (22.66) and was second in the 100 freestyle (50.06). Senior Marcos Egri-Martin rounded out FSU's first-place finishes with a 53.40 in the 100 breaststroke.

Florida State opened competition with a strong showing in the women's 200 medley relay. The team of Velden, senior Julia Mansson and sophomores Maryn McDade and Mary Leigh Hardman finished second in 1:36.65.

The divers competed in both one-meter and three-meter at the O'Connell Center Natatorium in Gainesville, Florida, with their scores contributing to the final team totals. Redshirt senior Kayleigh Clark placed second in both events while setting personal bests, scoring 353.78 on three-meter and 309.38 on one-meter.

Up next, FSU will head to Atlanta, Georgia, for the ACC Championships from February 15-22. The Seminoles' complete schedule can be found at Seminoles.com (Men | Women).
