ATLANTA – Redshirt senior Kayleigh Clark led the way for the No. 13/NR Florida State swimming and diving team on the opening day of the 2026 ACC Swimming and Diving Championships, placing fourth in the three-meter final at McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta.
Clark reached the final and earned her fourth-place finish in the first event of the seven-day conference championship meet. Day one featured the women's three-meter and men's one-meter events.
"It was a solid opening day," FSU head coach Neal Studd said. "Kayleigh competed well and was consistent throughout the competition. She improved her score in finals, which is exactly what you want to see at a championship meet."
Clark advanced to the three-meter final after scoring 296.85 in the prelims to sit in fourth place overall. She improved her score in the eight-diver final, posting a 300.15 to secure the fourth-place finish.

On the men's side, sophomore Hayden Schroeder came in 12th overall on one-meter. He finished with a score of 310.95 in prelims.
