Noles Return Home for Weekend ACC Action

TALLAHASSEE – The Florida State women's tennis team (4-14, 0-8 ACC) returns to the Scott Speicher Memorial Tennis Center this weekend for a pair of ACC matchups, beginning Friday at 3 p.m. against Boston College (8-10, 0-8) and continuing Sunday at 11 a.m. versus Syracuse (6-9, 2-6). Florida State's previously scheduled Sunday matchup with Bethune-Cookman has been canceled.

The Seminoles hold a 20-2 all-time record against Boston College and remain undefeated at home in the series. Against Syracuse, Florida State is 7-6 all-time, including a 4-1 mark in its last five home meetings.

Florida State has claimed the doubles point in each of its last two ACC matches and owns a 26-21 overall record in doubles play this season.

Senior Cade Cricchio and sophomore Mary Boyce Deatherage enter the weekend on a five-match doubles win streak, holding an 11-7 overall record and a 7-1 mark in conference play.
