Cross Country: Placed first in the 8k at the Firetower Project Run with a time of 23:53.56...named ACC Men's Performer of the Week and USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week...Finished ninth in the 8k at the Joe Piane Invite with a time of 23:40.5...Placed 16th in the 8k at the ACC Championships with a season best time of 23:40.1 to earn All-ACC honors ...Placed 10th in the 10k at the NCAA South Regional (29:14.4) capturing All-Region honors and helping the Noles to a second place finish ...Finished 203rd in the 10k at the NCAA Championships (31:49.6)
BEFORE FSU: Cross Country: A three-time All-American in 2021, 2020 for New Mexico and was an NJCAA All-American in 2019 for South Plains College…two-time USTFCCCA All-Region…named to the Mountain West All-Conference First Team in 2020 and 2021…finished 12th in the 10K at the 2021 NCAA Championships with a time of 29:28.2 after placing 35th in 2020 in March of 2021 at 30:42.0…placed fifth at the Mountain West Championships in 2021 in the 8k (23:37.3).
Indoor T&F: Earned All-American honors as a part of the Distance Medley Relay in 2020 while competing for South Plains behind a seventh-place finish…placed 10th in the mile at 2022 Mountain West Championships.
Outdoor T&F: Two-time academic all-conference.
