Cross Country: Placed 14th in the 5k (15:37.2) at the UCF XC Opener... finished the 8k with a time of 26:16.7 at the Nuttycombe Invitational... earned a seventh place finish and PR in the 8k (24:44.9) at the FSU XC Invitational...Set a new personal best in the 8k (24:28.7) at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals...placed 93rd in the 10k (32:29.4) at the NCAA DI South Region Cross Country Championship.
2023-24
Outdoor: Finished 125th in the 5000m (14:25.04) at Raleigh Relays... finished 62nd in the 5000m (14:36.64) at the Wake Forest Invitational... finished 7th in the 1500m (3:50.83) at the East Coast Relays.
Indoor: Placed 6th in the 3000m (8:20.05) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (College)... finished 67th in the 3000m (8:20.91) at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic... finished with a PR and placed 57th in the 3000m (8:07.03) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational... placed 39th in the 3000m (8:19.82) at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Cross Country: Placed 23rd in the 8k at the Firetower Project Run with a time of 25:26.22 ... placed 12th in the 8k at the Covered Bridge Open with a time of 24:47.88 ... finished 101st in the 8k at the Crimson Classic (25:43.0)... finished 14th in teh 5k (15:37.2) at the UCF XC Opener.
2022-23
Outdoor: Opened the season winning and ran a personal best at the River City Classic in the 5000m (14:15.81)…Set a new personal best time and finished 26th at the Tom Jones Invite (Gainesville, FL) in the 1500m (3:51.24)…Competed at the ACC Outdoor Championships and finished 28th in the 5000m (15:07.26)…Competed in the Raleigh Relays in the 5000m (14:35.15)…finished 45th at the Wake Forest Invitational in the 5000m (14:39.66).
Indoor: Competed in the 3000m run (8:23.02) at the ACC Indoor Championship…Competed in the 3000m run (8:11.26) at the David Hemery Valentine Invite…Competed in the 3000m run (8:12.75) at the Razorback Invitational. Finished 4th in the 3000m run for a personal best (8:15.78) at the Clemson Invitational.
Cross Country: Won the 5000m run (14:15.81) at the River City Spring Break Classic
2021-22
Outdoor: Competed unattached in the UNF Invitational in the 5000m run and clocked in at 15:01.27
Indoor: Competed unattached at the Bob Pollock Meet in Clemson and ran a 8:28.44 in the 3000m run.
Cross Country: Set a new personal best time of 25:45.5 in the FSU Pre-Nationals Open 8k with a 73rd place finish as an unattached runner… Placed 129th in the 8k at the FSU Open as an unattached runner with a time of 26:44.4.
BEFORE FSU:
Two-time All D.C.-State team member in sophomore and junior year… named to the Washington Post All-Met Cross Country second team and Washington Post All-Met Indoor Track & Field honorable mention list junior year… All-Run Washington member junior year… served as cross country team captain senior year… named track & field MVP senior year… the current Gonzaga College High School record holder in the 5k.
Personal: Born November 1, 2002… son of Kelly and Frank Donnelly… was named to the honor roll all four years of high school… wrote for the school newspaper… also played basketball in high school for one year… ran cross country under coach John Ausema and track & field under coach Alvin Maddox… plans to major in sport management.
