Tucker Center…played on three postseason teams (NIT in 2013, 2014 and 2016) during his career as has helped solidify Florida State’s position as the third winningest program in ACC play since the start of the 2005-06 season…helped Florida State win the championship of the 2012 Coaches vs. Cancer Classic – the first in-season tournament of his career…scored 15 points against BYU in the semifinals of the tournament,  which was played at Barclays Center in Brooklyn N.Y. …wrote his name into the all-time annals of Florida State basketball as he scored his first career game-winning, buzzer-beating shot with 0.5 seconds left to give Florida State a 62-60 victory over Northeastern in the third round of the Puerto Rico Tip-Off (Nov. 21)…pulled down a rebound of a missed shot and immediately put it back up and into the basket for the important win over the Huskies in San Juan…a second career buzzer-beater came on a 3-point shot in the semifinals of the NIT against Minnesota at Madison Square Garden during his sophomore season…forced overtime with a buzzer-beating 3-point shot from top of the key to tie the game at 60-60…his 3-point shot capped the Seminoles’ second half comeback after falling behind by 15 points in the first half and trailing by a 30-20 margin at halftime…Minnesota rallied in the overtime period to win the game, 67-64…scored in double figures in 16 games as a junior and as a sophomore and scored in double figures 54 times during his career…a member of the 2015-16 Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) at Florida State…earned three awards at Florida State’s season ending awards banquet in 2013: the awards for the best field goal percentage and 3-point field goal percentage shooter and the Otto Petty Most Assists Award…shared the Otto Petty Most Assists award with Ian Miller at the Seminoles’ 2014 Honors Banquet…presented with two awards at the Seminoles’ 2015 Honors Banquet: the award as the Seminoles’ best free throw percentage shooter and the award as the Seminoles’ top 3-point field goal percentage shooter…earned a team-high five awards at Florida State’s 216 Honors Banquet…earned the Charlie Ward Outstanding Defensive Player Award and the awards as the Seminoles’ Top Sixth Man, for the Best 3-Point Field Goal Percentage, the Tip of the Spear Award and was celebrated for reaching the 1,000 career point mark…the Tip of the Spear Award is presented annually to the member of the men’s basketball team who exemplifies the unconquered spirit and who gives unselfishly of himself throughout the season.

Averaged 8.5 points (fourth on the team), 3.2 rebounds (fifth), a career-high 2.8 assists (first) while shooting .417 from the field (eighth) and .431 from the 3-point line (first)…one of seven Seminoles who played  all 36 games and the starter at the point guard position in 27 games – the third highest number of starts on the team…established career-bests for games played (36), minutes played (986), field goals made (100), field goals attempted (240), free throws made (61), free throws attempted (78), offensive rebounds (19), defensive rebounds (96), total rebounds (115), assists (102) and steals (38)…led Florida State in assists with 102 and a 2.83 assists per game average as he totaled his career-high for assists in a game with nine in the Seminoles’ victories over Charleston Southern (Dec. 30) during the regular season and Georgetown (March 24) in the second round of the NIT…assists came in 30 of 36 games with multiple assists coming in 25 of Florida State’s 36 games…eight assists in Florida State’s 106-62 win over Charlotte (Dec. 17) and his ACC season high of six assists in Florida State’s win over Maryland in Tallahassee (Jan. 12)…Florida State’s fourth leading scorer who led the team twice during his sophomore season with his 16-point performance in the Seminoles’ season-opening victory over Jacksonville (Nov. 8) and with is 17-point outing against Miami in Tallahassee (Feb. 10)…totaled his season-high of 21-points in the Seminoles’ NIT victory over Georgetown…averaged in double figure scoring against five ACC Teams: Duke (12.0 ppg), Georgia Tech (16.0 ppg), Maryland (11.0 ppg), Miami (team-leading 14.0 ppg) and Notre Dame (10.0 ppg)…scored maybe the most important basket of his career to defeat Northeastern, 62-60, in the third round of the 2013 Puerto Rico Tip-Off…grabbed the rebound of a missed Ian Miller shot and beat the clock with a jumper from the short corner to give the Seminoles the victory and a third place finish in the event…on fire to begin the season with four consecutive double figure scoring games – 16 against Jacksonville, 17 at UCF (Nov. 13), 13 against UT-Martin (Nov. 17) and 18 against No. 10 VCU in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off (Nov. 21) – to average 16.0 ppg in those four games… career-high six consecutive games in double figure scoring (all in ACC play) with 10 at Clemson (Jan. 9), 12 against  Maryland, 11 at Miami (Jan,. 15), 12 at Virginia (Jan. 18), 10 against Notre Dame (Jan. 21) and 12 at Duke (Jan., 28) for an 11.2 scoring average in those six games…closed his season with three consecutive double figure scoring games in the NIT with a season-high 21 against Georgetown (March 24), 11 against Louisiana Tech (March 26) and 13 against Minnesota in the NIT semifinals at Madison Square Garden for a 15.0 points per game scoring average…his 18 points against No. 10 VCU were his season-high against a nationally ranked team…made 44 3-point shots – the seventh highest total of 3-point shots made in a single season by a sophomore…tied the school record for 3-point shooting in a single game with a four of four (1.000 percent) performance in Florida State’s 81-71 victory over Georgia Tech in Tallahassee (March 2)…totaled 16 points with 12 coming on 3-point shots in the win over the Yellow Jackets…finished second on the team in steals with 38 – he doubled his total from his freshman season as compared to his sophomore season…his career high of five steals came in the Seminoles’ season-opener against Jacksonville with three coming against UT-Martin and three in the Seminoles’ victory over Charlotte…multiple steals came in four different ACC games – in wins against Maryland at home and against Georgia Tech as well as at NC State and against Syracuse…

Averaged 6.5 points (fourth on the team), 1.8 rebounds (tied for seventh) and 2.4 assists (second) while shooting .489 from the field (fourth) and shooting .525 from the 3-point line…tied for second on the team with 32 3-point shots made…the only player in the ACC who played prime time minutes and shot better than .500 percent from the 3-point line…played in all 34 games and started the final 11 games of the season for the Seminoles…one of only four Seminoles who played in all 34 games and one of seven who started at least 10 games for the Seminoles during the 2012-13 season…inserted into the starting line-up against Miami in Tallahassee (Feb. 13) and started each of the remaining games of the season…helped Florida State to five wins against ACC competition with victories coming at home against Boston College (Feb. 16), Wake Forest (Feb. 26), Virginia (March 7) and NC State (March 9) and in the first round of the ACC Tournament against Clemson (March 14)…his .525 3-point field goal shooting percentage is the highest in school history for a single season while his .818 free throw shooting percentage is the 18^th highest in school history for a single season…the only ACC player who earned extended minutes and shot better than .500 percent from the 3-point arc (.525) and better than .800 percent from the free throw line (.818)…his 32 3-point shots made as a freshman rank as the fifth highest total by a freshman in school history while his 61 3-point field goal attempts is tied as the eighth highest total by a freshman in school history…totaled four or more assists a total of eight times as a freshman including his season high of eight assists in Florida State’s victory over Boston College (Feb. 16)…was perfect against the Eagles as he was credited with eight assists against zero turnovers in 31 minutes of play as a starter…had a positive assist:turnover ratio in ACC play with 41 assists (tied for the team high in ACC games) and only 26 turnovers (1.4 turnovers per game) in 18 games and 22.1 minutes played per game…would have ranked in the top 10 in the ACC in conference games only had he qualified with at least 3.0 assists per game…totaled 11 games as he continued to display his abilities as a consistent scorer during his career…double figures in an ACC game for the first time in his career with 11 points in the Seminoles’ 60-57 win over Clemson (Jan. 24) in Tallahassee…double figure scoring in three of his final six games of the season with 10 at North Carolina (March 3), 18 at home against NC State and 12 against Clemson in the ACC Tournament to average 10.2 points per game in his final six games of his freshman season…with 14 points at Virginia Tech and 80 total points in his final eight games he averaged 10.0 points scored per game (four double figure scoring games) from Feb. 24 through the end of the season and the final game in the NIT against Louisiana Tech…the Seminoles’ third leading scorer in the final eight games of the season with a 10.0 points per game scoring average and in the final 10 games of the season with 91 points and a 9.1 points per game scoring average…Florida State’s leading scoring once as a freshman (18 points at NC State on Feb. 19) and its leading rebounder twice (eight at North Carolina on March 3 and five against Clemson in the ACC Tournament on March 14)…finished third on the team in minutes played during the season (21.5 minutes played per game) and played in double figure minutes in 30 of 34 games as a freshman…earned only one minute of playing time in the season opener against South Alabama but averaged more than 22 minutes played per game in each of the next 33 games of the season…played his freshman season high of 36 minutes in the Seminoles’ victory over Wake Forest in Tallahassee (Feb. 26) and earned at least 31 minutes of playing time in six of the final 10 games of the season…averaged 29.0 minutes played per game in the final 10 games of the season after averaging 18.3 minutes of playing time in the first 24 games of the season…

Graduated from Anchorage West High School in 2011…the Gatorade Player of the Year in the State of Alaska as he averaged 25.0 points, 8.0 assists, 7.1 rebounds and 3.6 steals as a senior…named the 4A State Player of the Year, an All-State Class 4A First Team selection and the Cook Inlet Conference Most Valuable Player during the regular season as he helped lead the Eagles to the berth in the state championship tournament…played in the Alaska Association of Basketball Coaches Senior All-Star game following his senior season…scored a season high 31 points in the fourth quarter of the Eagles’ 78-62 win over Chugiak during his senior season…finished two steals shy of a quadruple double with 33 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists and eight steals in an 88-70 win over Eagle River during his senior season…led Anchorage West to a State Tournament Championship during his sophomore season and to a runner-up state championship finish during his junior season…the Eagles finished with a 20-7 record and into the third round of the Alaska State Athletic Association state championship tournament…the Eagles defeated Palmer and Service High Schools in the first two rounds before falling to Bartlett High School in the third round…

Born January 27, 1993…Devon is the son of Jenny and Kevin Bookert…his dad, Kevin, helped lead Anchorage West to a state championship and was named to the All-Tournament team in the Alaska State Championship tournament in 1988…community service is important to him and his family as he has volunteered his time to feed the homeless in his home city of Anchorage and works as a mentor to freshmen students at his high school…the first Florida State basketball player from the state of Alaska…graduated Anchorage West High School in 2011 (a year early) and chose to spend a prep school year at Impact Basketball Academy in Las Vegas…named the Gatorade Player of the Year in the State of Alaska as a senior…Bookert became the third player from Anchorage West to earn the honor along with Ramon Harris of Kentucky and Chris Toomer of Liberty…a two-time All-State First Team selection as a junior and as a senior, he was named the Class 4A State Player of the Year and the Cook Inlet Conference Most Valuable Player as a senior…the first two-time All-State Class 4A pick in high school basketball in the state of Alaska…saw his stock rise during the summer of 2011 as he played extremely well in the Fab 48 Tournament in Las Vegas…did not play on the AAU circuit during the summer of 2010…decided to attend the Impact Basketball Academy in order to further his game for one year before enrolling at Florida State in the summer of 2012…chose Florida State over Cal, San Diego State, Oklahoma State, DePaul and Oregon…
