Made his career debut in the victory over East Texas A&M...
2024:
Did not see game action while working with FSU’s scout team.
2023:
Worked with FSU’s scout team while redshirting.
BEFORE FSU:
Two-year starting quarterback at Maclay…was 368-of-584 passing, a completion percentage above 63.0, for 4,706 yards with 45 touchdowns and only 13 interceptions in his two seasons…was 215-of-334 passing for 2,960 yards with 32 touchdowns while adding 62 yards and one touchdown rushing his senior year…led Maclay to 1S state playoffs in 2022…during junior campaign, recorded 153 completions on 250 attempts for 1,746 yards and 13 touchdowns…also played basketball and baseball at Maclay…father, Mike Grant, was on FSU’s golf team from 1978-81 and helped Seminoles advance to 1981 NCAA Championships…grandfather, Don Grant, played on FSU’s first two teams in 1947 and 1948…Don recorded FSU’s first kickoff return and first passing touchdown on Oct. 18, 1947, vs. Stetson.
