2019:
Appeared in first four games and recorded four tackles…made season-high three tackles, all solo, in 45-44 win vs. ULM…had one solo stop in season opener vs. Boise State…also saw action at No. 25 Virginia and in 35-24 victory vs. Louisville…redshirted 2019 season.
2018:
Played in all 12 games and started first eight games…recorded 29 tackles, including 4.0 for loss with 2.0 sacks, two interceptions, four pass breakups, one forced fumble and one quarterback hurry…was one of three ACC defenders with multiple interceptions and sacks…made career-high two interceptions and had three solo tackles, including 1.0 for loss, in 36-26 win vs. Samford…both interceptions came in second half as FSU erased halftime deficit and held Bulldogs to three points over final 30 minutes…recorded career-high-tying six tackles and one quarterback hurry in 28-24 victory at Louisville…secured first two career sacks in 38-17 win vs. Northern Illinois…tied career high with two pass breakups and had four solo tackles at Syracuse…opened season with five solo tackles, including 1.0 for loss, and one forced fumble vs. No. 20 Virginia Tech…made one solo tackle and one pass breakup at No. 17 Miami…had two solo tackles and one pass breakup vs. No. 2 Clemson…registered two tackles at North Carolina State and at No. 3 Notre Dame…made two solo stops in season finale vs. No. 13 Florida.
2017:
Appeared in all 13 games, making starts against No. 13 Miami and Syracuse….making many appearances in the slot, totaled 26 tackles, 1.0 for loss, and one interception…had a strong performance at Wake Forest, totaling five tackles, 1.0 tackle for loss and his first career interception…followed with six tackles against rival Miami…tied his season best with six tackles against Syracuse.
2016:
Appeared in all 13 games as a hard-hitting reserve defensive back and special teams contributor, finishing the year with 17 tackles, three pass breakups and a quarterback hurry…set a career-high with six tackles at NC State in FSU’s 24-20 come-from-behind win…mainly saw time as an extra defensive back in passing situations or at the “star” nickel back position…had three tackles versus No. 23 North Carolina and two stops against Wake Forest…finished with two tackles versus No. 3 Clemson…totaled a season-high six tackles at NC State.
