 Placed fourth in the 8k at the Firetower Project Run with a time of 24:20.31 ... Claimed first place in the 8k at the Covered Bridge Open with a time of 24:15.63 ... Finished 118th in the 8k at the Nuttycombe Invite (24:27.5) ... Placed 38th in the 8k at the ACC Championships with a season best time of 24:08.4 ...Placed 19th in the 10k at the NCAA South Regional (29:32.8) earning All-Region honors while helping the Noles to a second place finish ...Finished 163rd in the 10k at the NCAA Championships (31:12.4)

BEFORE FSU: A member of the Irish National Team…competed at the European U23 Championships…a two-time national champion in the 5,000m and 10,000m…finished eighth in the Antrim Coast Half Marathon (1:04.37) and was also eighth in the 5,000m at the John Thomas Terrier Classic in January of 2023
