Kyle Becker is a graduate assistant coach for the sprints and hurdles and the Director of External Operations for Florida State University Track & Field. In this role, Becker supports athlete development through practice planning, film breakdown, and the operation of performance technology including 1080 Motion, Boost Treadmill, and RealRunner systems. He also directs all aspects of team travel, meet logistics, and travel nutrition coordination.
Prior to his current position, Becker spent three seasons as Team Manager and Assistant Director of External Operations for FSU Track & Field, where he assisted in managing daily practices for sprinters and hurdlers, coordinated travel operations, played a key role in recruiting visits, and served as the Assistant Meet Director of the FSU Relays.
Becker has additional experience in large-scale event operations through multiple positions with the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon, contributing to  vendor coordination, volunteer management, 501(c)(3) organization management, and race course planning. He has also worked in sports media as an intern contributor for The Game Haus, writing and publishing in depth coverage of professional track & field.
A native of Loveland, Ohio, Becker is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Management at Florida State University after earning his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management.Â
