Started in all 61 games during the 2022 season at second base… finished third on the team with a .355 batting average (66-for-186) with a team high tying 66 hits… she recorded 12 doubles, two triples and six home runs while driving in 31 runs… Flaherty led the team in stolen bases going 26-for-29 on the year… in the field, she had a .980 fielding percentage with 75 putouts and 123 assists… she had 18 games with multiple hits, five games with multiple RBI and three games with two stolen bases… she started off the season a perfect 2-for-2 against Mercer (2/11) with two runs scored… the next day she had two hits and two runs scored against Loyola Chicago (2/12)… was a perfect 2-for-2 with a run scored and an RBI against Texas (2/18)… had three RBI on one home run against Indiana (2/25)… went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs scored and a home run against Troy (3/23)… went three straight games with a home run (5/7-12) with one in each of the last two games at NC State and one in the first game of the ACC Tournament against Virginia.


Started all 63 games during 2021 at second base…finished the season with a .281 batting average (52-for-185) with a team-high 52 hits on the year… those 52 hits came from eight doubles and five home runs, resulting in 22 RBI and a .405 slugging percentage… Flaherty led the team in stolen bases with after going a perfect 19-for-19… in the field she had a .946 fielding percentage with 74 putouts and 119 assists… went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and three runs scored in the second game of the season against Missouri (2/12)… followed that up against Memphis (2/13) with two more stolen bases as she was 1-for-3 with an RBI… hit her first of five home runs at Georgia Tech (2/18) for the only hit of the game… in game two against Georgia Tech (2/18) she went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs scored and one RBI… hit her second home run of the season at Boston College (2/26) for her only hit in two at-bats… during the final game at Boston College (2/27) she went 2-for-3 with two RBI, two runs scored and one stolen base… in game one at Syracuse she went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored as both of her hits resulted in home runs… at Louisville (2/25) Flaherty went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs scored… during the final two games of the regular season at Pittsburgh (5/8) she recorded a career high three hits after going 3-for-4 with a double, a stolen base, an RBI and two runs scored… in game two of the double header she recorded a career high four RBI…in the championship game of the Tallahassee Regional she went 2-for-3 with a double and RBI and a run scored against UCF (5/23).


Appeared in all 24 games, including 22 starts, during the 2020 season that was shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic, finishing with a .33 batting average (22-for-66), with four doubles, three triples, three home runs, 16 RBI and 17 runs scored… her three triples led the team and ranked No. 21 in the NCAA…also added 10 walks, tied with Kiersten Landers for the team lead with eight stolen bases and posted a .621 slugging percentage on the season…her 22 starts were spread among five different positions – first base (8), second base (6), left field (5), shortstop (2) and right field (1) – making her just the second FSU player under Lonni Alameda to start at five different positions in one season, joining Kelly Hensley from 2013, and is the first one to do it without starting at designated player…drew a walk, singled and scored a run against No. 1 Alabama on February 7…was 2-for-2 with a triple, a home run, two RBI and two runs scored against Detroit Mercy (Feb 8)…hit a triple and a three-run home run, both in the second inning, on February 9 against Detroit Mercy…lined a single and stole a base on February 12 against Florida A&M..hit an RBI single and drew a walk on February 14 against No. 13 Minnesota…stole a base and scored a run versus Liberty (Feb 16)…walked twice, stole two bases and scored three runs on February 28 against Kent State…hit a double, a triple and drove in two runs on March 3 against Holy Cross…went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored versus Penn…hit two doubles, drove in three runs and stole a base on March 8 against Detroit Mercy.


Played at Riverview Sarasota High School…earned the title of Sarasota Athlete of the week in April of 2019…following her posting of a .488 batting average, a total of 84 hits, 55 RBIs, and 54 runs throughout her career, Flaherty was nominated as a 2019 HT Preps All-Area Softball Player of the Year Finalist… earned a spot on the East team in the 2019 PGF High School All-American Game… selected as the Rams Team MVP and First Team All-District honors in 2018…played club ball for the Santa Fe Inferno.
