Kristin Tubeck has served as the Director of Softball Operations with Florida State Softball since August of 2019.  Tubeck is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Seminole softball program including team travel logistics, game day operations, softball camps, staff organization, team events and activities, recruiting operations, and managing the program’s budget.  She is also the main point of contact with Seminole Boosters and the Dugout Club.


Prior to joining the Seminole Softball staff,  Tubeck spent 12 years with Seminole Boosters in athletics fundraising and events.  In her most recent role with the Boosters she served as Director of Events, where she managed all organizational and donor events including fundraising & stewardship events, game-day events for all sports, and the Seminole Boosters Spring Tour.  Additionally, she assisted with the game-day operations of the Dunlap Champions Club on home football weekends.  Tubeck has been involved with other various aspects of Seminole Boosters during her time with the organization, including serving as a Regional Annual Fund Director for the Southwest Florida region (5 years) and as Executive Assistant to the CEO (3 years).


A San Antonio, Texas native, Tubeck is a two time graduate of Florida State University, earning a master’s degree in Sport Administration (2008) and bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education (2005).  Tubeck is married to her husband, Lukas. The two have a son (Connor) and a daughter (Hadley).
