2023 HIGHLIGHTS:
- Started in all 23 games and played in 2,033 out of the possible 2,070 minutes.
- Tallied a career-high five goals during the 2023 season.
- Was a key piece in helping FSU allow just one goal in the NCAA Tournament.
- Gave up no goals en route to the College Cup, tallied four straight clean sheets (11/24).
- Fired her fifth goal of the season in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament against Morehead State (11/10).
- Scored her first career hat trick in the regular season finale against NC State, doubling her number of career goals in one game (10/26).
- Scored her first goal of the season off a corner kick to equalize with No. 18 Pitt (10/19).
- Played all 90 minutes and stifled the Notre Dame offense in a 4-1 win over the Fighting Irish (10/12).
- Kept three straight clean sheets and provided her first goal contribution with an assist against Boston College (10/8).
- Recorded her third clean-sheet of the season against Florida (9/10) along with a dangerous shot attempt.
- Played a full 90 minutes against both Texas A&M (8/17) and ninth-ranked TCU (8/20) with just one goal conceded.
2022 HIGHLIGHTS:
- Started all 22 games she played in and was second on the team with 1,943 minutes played as the Seminoles’ starting center back.
- Helped lead a defense that recorded 11 shutouts in 23 games while holding the opponents to 0.87 goals per game.
- Scored her first goal of the season and the second of her career in a 3-0 win over Florida Gulf Coast (11/11) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
2021 HIGHLIGHTS:
- Played in all 25 games, starting each of them for a total of 2,262 minutes, second-most on the team.
- Helped lead a Seminole defense that only allowed 13 goals in 25 games, good for a 0.50 team Goals Against Average.
- With Flynn on the backline the Noles recorded 14 shutouts, including five in six games of the NCAA Tournament.
- Recorded first assist of the season during a 4-0 win against Alabama (8/22).
- Played 90 minutes in a shutout win against South Alabama (8/26) and 2-1 win against Colorado (8/29).
- Scored first career goal with a header off of a corner during the 4-1 win against Boston College (9/18).
- Named to ACC All-Tournament team by scoring her second goal of the season with another header off of a corner to tie the score with No. 25 Wake Forest during the ACC Tournament Semifinal (11/5).
2020 HIGHLIGHTS:
- Played a combined 265 minutes in 10 games for the Seminoles in the fall.
- In the NCAA Tournament, she transitioned to be the Seminoles starting center back. She started all five games of the tournament, playing all 510 minutes.\
- In total, Flynn played in 15 games, starting six of them. She totaled 780 minutes during her freshman season.
- Earned her first career start against No. 5 Duke (10/29)
- Recorded her first career assist on Ran Iwai’s goal against Virginia Tech (10/1) in FSU’s 4-0 win.
- During the NCAA Tournament she was a part of a Seminole defense that only allowed two goals in five games. The Seminoles only allowed 19 shots in those five games with nine of them on goal.
