Bryan Richey joined the FSU athletics department as assistant director of marketing in August of 2024 and begins his second season with the Seminoles in 2025. His responsibilities include oversight of all marketing operations for soccer, women's basketball and men's and women's tennis.
Richey came to Tallahassee after two years as a graduate assistant in the Southern Miss athletics marketing department, where he oversaw the office's intern program and Seymour Sidekicks Kids Club. Richey also coordinated marketing efforts for baseball, women's basketball and women's soccer. Richey coordinated and directed the in-game show for the 2022 MHSSA football state championship games.
During his four years as a student at Mississippi State, Richey gained experience in the Bulldogs' marketing office. His responsibilities with Mississippi State included working with nearly every sport on campus, including serving as the primary contact for volleyball. He also served as the in-game DJ for football as well as men's and women's basketball, and he oversaw the Hail State Rewards student program his last two years.
Richey earned his bachelor's degree in business marketing from Mississippi State in 2022 and completed his master's in sport management from Southern Miss in 2024.
