Caleb Koellmer joined the Florida State staff in 2024. In his role, Caleb manages game day operations for Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, and Track and Field. He also serves as all facility operations of Tully Gymnasium.

Caleb Koellmer is a driven professional with a passion for sports management and event operations. He kickstarted his career in the heart of sports culture, working with the Seattle Mariners in stadium operations. During his tenure with the Mariners, Caleb pursued his academic aspirations, obtaining a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

In his role with the Seattle Mariners, Caleb gained invaluable experience in managing large-scale events and ensuring smooth operations within a dynamic sports environment. His dedication and expertise contributed significantly to the success of various stadium initiatives and events, earning him recognition for his exceptional performance.

Eager to further expand his knowledge and skills in the sports industry, Caleb embarked on a new adventure as a graduate assistant with Florida State University, focusing on facilities and events management. During his year and a half as a graduate assistant, he demonstrated his versatility and adaptability, seamlessly integrating into the Seminole community while making meaningful contributions to the department.

After moving from across the states, Caleb now lives in Tallahassee.
