Payton Caffrey joined the Florida State volleyball staff prior to the 2026 season in her role as player development.Â
In her role, Caffrey will assist the team with player development, day-to-day operations and program analysis.
Caffrey returns to Tallahassee after being one of the most decorated players in school history. Caffrey played for the Noles in 2018 and 2019 and was a two-time First Team All-ACC selection and the 2018 ACC Player of the Year. She also earned AVCA All-America honorable mention honors.
  Caffrey now plays professionally for MLV Minnesota.Â
