SPORT ASSIGNMENT: Cheer and Dance
Lizzie Bissett is in her first season as a member of the Florida State Sports Medicine staff as a certified athletic training intern working with the cheer and dance teams.Â
Bissett earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Albion College in 2023. While at Albion, she worked with the football, volleyball, and wrestling teams and played softball as a student athlete.
Bisett earned her master’s degree from Michigan State University in 2025. While she worked on earning her master’s degree she worked with the women’s field hockey team, men’s soccer, football, and volleyball teams as well recreation and club sports teams. She completed her immersion at Duke University working with the men’s lacrosse team.
