The FSU Athletics Ticket Office provides ticket services online and from its office located at Doak Campbell Stadium, University Center C Room 1300.

Tickets are available for pick up at the FSU Athletics Ticket Office 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. You can pick up tickets that you have ordered online or over the phone as early as the next business afternoon following the date of purchase. Tickets ordered eleven (11) days or more prior to an event are mailed, unless will call has been specified by the ticket holder.
Tickets ordered ten (10) days or less prior to an event are placed in Will Call. Tickets may be picked up at the FSU Athletics Ticket Office on or before game day. Please allow one business day for processing. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets at Will Call. Only the ticket holder may pick up tickets, unless arrangements are made through the Athletics Ticket Office in advance.
Gameday Will Call – Football
Tickets are available for pick up at the Dick Howser Ticket Office located across from Gate K of Doak Campbell Stadium. Will Call will open at least four (4) hours prior to kickoff and will close at halftime.
Gameday Will Call – Basketball
Tickets are available for pick up in the lobby of the Main Box Office at the Donald L. Tucker Center located in the Northwest corner of the facility. Will Call will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the event and will close at halftime.
Gameday Will Call – Baseball
Tickets are available for pick up at the Main Ticket Office of Dick Howser Stadium located across from Gate K of Doak Campbell Stadium. Will Call will open two (2) hours prior to first pitch.
Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and University policies, as well as State and Federal laws. Florida State University reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase.
Football: All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into the stadium.
Men’s and Women’s Basketball: Children two (2) and under are free.
Baseball: Children four (4) and under are free.
The Florida State Athletics Ticket Office offers ADA seating for those patrons requiring those accomodations in the following manner:
You can purchase one (1) companion seat for each wheelchair seat purchased. These are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call the Florida State Ticket Office in advance to inform us of any special needs, and we would be happy to assist you in sending tickets to you or making arrangements for you to pick them up at Will Call.
Payment for season tickets can be made in cash, by check payable to Florida State University, or charged to VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. No refunds or exchanges are made unless an order cannot be filled. Processing fees are not refunded.
