Three Seminoles Earn AVCA All-Region Selections

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida State Volleyball team has three players awarded AVCA East All-Region selections. Audrey Koenig and Khori Louis have been named to the AVCA East All-Region Team. Kiari Robey earned an AVCA East All-Region Honorable Mention.
Koenig, AVCA East All-Region Team, had an outstanding season guiding the Seminoles to their first ACC Co-Championship since 2012. Koenig set career season highs with 374 kills, 3.37 kills per set, .300 hitting percentage, 306 digs, and 416 points. Koenig had career match highs with 24 kills at Miami on Oct. 4, 21 digs vs TCU on Dec. 1, six blocks at Wake Forest on Sept. 24, and .833 hitting percentage vs North Florida on Sept. 19. Koenig was awarded ACC Co-Player of the Year and All-ACC First Team.
Louis, AVCA East All-Region Team, played a major role in Florida State's success this season. The athletic middle blocker set career season highs with 271 kills, 2.47 kills per set, .432 hitting percentage, and 323 points. Louis had career match highs with eight blocks at North Carolina on Nov. 19 and .875 hitting percentage vs Western Carolina on Aug. 25. Louis was named to the All-ACC First Team last week.
Robey, AVCA East All-Region Honorable Mention, shined in her first season with the Seminoles. A defensive standout, Robey set career season highs with 238 kills, 2.03 kills per set, 28 service aces, 65 digs, 149 blocks, 1.27 blocks per set, and 347.5 points. Robey had career match highs with 14 kills vs Duke on Oct. 1, three service aces vs Western Carolina on Aug. 25, eight digs at Miami on Oct. 4, and 12 blocks at Virginia on Sept. 22 and against Pittsburgh on Nov. 3. Robey was awarded All-ACC Second Team.
Congratulations to Audrey, Khori, and Kiari on earning AVCA All-Region selections. For their upcoming senior season, they are determined to defend their ACC title and earn another trip to the NCAA Tournament.

There are 10 total regions. Each All-Region Team is made up of 14 members with additional honorable mentions. Each region includes a Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, and Coach of the Year for 2023.
