- All nine Seminoles reached base safely over the first four innings. Eight of nine Seminoles had at least one hit.
- Jaime Ferrer hit a two-run double and a two-run home run, his 20th of the year and the first of the 2024 College World Series. With James Tibbs' 28 home runs, they are the first Seminole teammates with 20+ home runs in a season since 1999 – Marshall McDougall, 28; Matt Diaz, 21.
- From 2000 to 2023, FSU had just two players hit more than 20 home runs: Buster Posey with 26 in 2008 and Mat Nelson with 23 in 2021.
- Max Williams had FSU's first two hits and scored a run in the first inning, extending his on-base streak to a career-high 18 games and tying a career-high eight-game hitting streak. His 56 runs are fourth on the team.
- Williams has 17 multi-hit games, including four during his current hitting streak.
- Daniel Cantu (16 games), Jaime Ferrer (13) and Cam Smith (5) extended their on-base streaks with walks in the first inning.
- James Tibbs III extended his season-high on-base streak to 21 games with a single in the third inning.
- Marco Dinges followed Tibbs with a single, tying his career-high hitting (10) and on-base (15) streaks.
