TALLAHASSEE – Junior Alexis Durish, senior Audrey Koenig, FSU alumna Maddie Anderson, and FSU alumna Raelyn White were recognized by College Sports Communicators for their academic and athletic accomplishments as members of the 2024 Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team on Tuesday afternoon.

In 2024, Anderson finished her final season with a 23-8 overall record. She finished 17-7 on court one and 6-1 on court two. She earned many awards, including CCSA Preseason Player of the Year, CCSA Pair of the Week with Skyler Germann (March 6, 2024), CCSA Pair of the Tournament with Durish, CCSA All-Academic Team honors, and AVCA All-American Second Team honors. To pair with her athletic achievements, Anderson maintained a 3.67 GPA whilst pursuing her master's degree in Sports Management.

In her final season, White completed 2024 with a 31-7 record, going 6-1 on court one, 11-2 on court two, 9-4 on court three, and 5-0 on court four. White earned multiple awards throughout 2024, including CCSA Pair of the Week with Koenig (April 27, 2024), CCSA All-Conference Team honors, CCSA All-Academic Team honors, and CCSA All-Tournament Team honors. She maintained a 3.94 GPA while pursuing a master's degree in Athletic Coaching.

Durish completed her sophomore season with a 29-7 record, accumulating a 10-5 record on court one, 2-2 record on court two, 6-0 record on court three, and 11-5 record on court four. Durish and her partner, Anna Long, opened the season with a 20-0 winning streak, the longest winning streak for the Seminoles in 2024. She was awarded CCSA Preseason All-Conference Team honors, CCSA Pair of the Week honors with Long (March 20, 2024), CCSA All-Conference Team honors, CCSA All-Academic Team honors, and CCSA Pair of the Tournament honors with Anderson. While pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Durish has maintained a 3.52 GPA and has made the Dean's List once in her college career.

Koenig completed the 2024 season with a 30-8 record, as she went 8-1 on court one, 8-3 on court two, 9-4 on court three, and 5-0 on court four. She racked up many accolades and awards in 2024, being named CCSA Pair of the Week with White (April 27, 2024), CCSA All-Conference Team, CCSA All-Academic Team, and CCSA All-Tournament team in her junior year. Koenig is a two-sport athlete, as she also plays indoor volleyball where she was named ACC Co-Player of the Year in 2023. Balancing two sports with academics is no easy task, but Koenig makes it look easy as she maintained a 3.97 GPA while pursuing a bachelor's degree in biology.

On top of making the All-District Women's At-Large Team, the four Seminoles have advanced to the national ballot as CSC Academic All-America Team Finalists. Members of the ballot will be voted on by the CSC Committee, and the 2024 CSC Academic All-America Women's Team will be announced on Tuesday, June 16.
