HOUSTON, TX – Reaching the century mark in anything is special. Reaching the century mark in a statistical category as a college basketball player is an achievement.

A special achievement.

For three very hardworking Seminoles – Kobe MaGee, Robert McCray V, and Chauncey Wiggins – their initiation into the century club in different statistical categories has come in the first eight games of their senior seasons at Florida State.

For MaGee, his century moment was earned in the assists category and is about to come in the games played category.

For McCray, he joined the century club for career steals.

For Wiggins, one of the most experienced players in the ACC for the 2025-26 season, he has reached two 100 milestones in both games played, and 3-point field goals made already this season.

All three players will lead the Seminoles on the court at the Toyota Center on Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. to play the nationally ranked Houston Cougars. The game will be televised on the Peacock Network with James Westling and Baylor standout King McClure on the call.

The game can also be heard on the Seminole Sports Network with Jeff Culhane and Ariya Massoudi.

The Seminoles will look to win their second game in as many years in the Toyota Center after defeating Rice in the Houston Rockets home arena, 73-65, in their second game of the 2024-25 season.

MaGee was credited with his 100th career assist in the first half of Florida State's victory over Alabama State on a basket by Lajae Jones that put the Seminoles up by an early 15-5 margin. He enters Saturday's game against Houston with 10 assists and a 1.3 assists per game average. MaGee earned his career-high of four assists against Howard and North Carolina A&T during his freshman season at Drexel.

"Reaching a statistical milestone means that I love to play the game of basketball," said MaGee. "I love playing the game the right way, and assisting others along the way is key for me and how I play the game of basketball."

MaGee is scheduled to reach another statistical milestone as he should play in his 100th career game when the Seminoles play host to Mississippi Valley State on December 19 in the Donald L. Tucker Center.

McCray V, who is currently Florida State's leading scorer with a 13.9 points per game scoring average, reached the 100 steals plateau in Florida State's game against Texas A&M in the Battle in the Bay. With 15 steals this season and a career-high 1.9 steals per game average, the senior transfer from Jacksonville is on pace to establish a new single-season personal best for steals.

"Honestly, I don't play for numbers or accolades," said McCray V. "Reaching the 100 steals milestone is important to me. It shows that I have been consistent and locked in with my effort throughout my career on both ends of the court."

McCray V has earned at least one steal in each of Florida State's first eight games and has totaled multiple steals in six different games. He gained three steals each against No 10 ranked Florida and in the Seminoles' victory over UT Martin.

McCray V has also been consistent as a rebounder throughout his career. He earned the 300th rebound of his career in the second half of Florida State's game against Georgia in the ACC/SEC Challenge.

Wiggins, one of the most experienced players in the ACC, has hit the milestone with 100 3-point field goals made and 100 career games played during the exciting start to his Florida State career. As a starter in seven of Florida State's first eight games, Wiggins is the Seminoles' second-leading scorer with a career-high 13.6 points per game scoring average. He's also the only Seminole who has yet to miss a free throw, and stands at a perfect 13 of 13 from the line.

Wiggins played in his 100th career game in Florida State's victory over Georgia Southern and made his 100th career 3-point shot against Georgia.

"Honestly, I didn't even realize how many games I had played in or how many 3-point shots I had made until right now," said Wiggins. "I'm just grateful to have the opportunity to play the game of basketball and help our team win games. Everything else comes from the opportunity to share the game with my coaches and teammates."

With 104 games played, Wiggins is one of seven current ACC players who have played in 100 or more career games. The impressive list of longevity includes Dillon Hunter of Clemson (107 games played), Isaac McKneely of Louisville and Virginia (105), Wiggins (104), Seth Trimble of North Carolina (104), Chris Bell of Cal (103) and Cam Corhen of Pitt and Florida State (101).

Wiggins is also one of nine current ACC shooters who has made 100 or more career 3-point shots. The list of the top long-range shooters in the ACC includes McNeely (257 career 3-point field goals made), Bell (189), Braeden Shrewsberry of Notre Dame (174), JJ Starling of Syracuse and Notre Dame (114), Donald Hand Jr. of Boston College (106), Wiggins (101), Naithan George of Syracuse (101), and Markus Burton of Notre Dame (101).

If you are looking for your next honoree in the Seminoles' century club, look no further than sophomore Martin Somerville who is currently on pace with 95 career 3-point field goals.
