Florida State Lacrosse Set to Host Kennesaw State

TALLAHASSEE - The Florida State lacrosse team (1-0) will host Kennesaw State (0-0) on Monday at the Seminole Lacrosse Complex with first draw set for 1 p.m.

Florida State earned a 14-4 victory over Stetson on Saturday in the program's inaugural game. Sophomore midfielder Lydia Ward led the way for FSU scoring four goals in her Seminole debut. 

The Seminoles outshot the Hatters 31 to 15 and handled 10 of the game's 15 draw controls. 

Freshmen Summer Harrell, Katherine Rathjen, Amelia Brite and Brynn Perkins all scored their first goal in their collegiate debuts. Lola Mancuso scored two goals to her 124 career total, including 45 during the 2025 season.
