Fullbrook Named Academic All-District

TALLAHASSEE  -  Florida State women's golf sophomore Sophia Fullbrook was named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District Women's At-Large teams on Tuesday.
 
Chosen by the College Sports Communicators,  the At-Large program recognizes student-athletes for their success in competition and in the classroom in 12 different sports. Fullbrook was one of six student-athletes recognized from Florida State, joining Alexis Durish, Audrey Koenig and Myriah Massey from beach volleyball, and Meg Kenny and Lydia Ward from lacrosse. Fullbrook will be considered along with all three beach volleyball players for Academic All-America, which will be announced on July 7.  
 
Fullbrook took home a pair of All-America honors this season, securing Second Team by Golfweek and the WGCA. She placed 20th overall at even par, 288, at the NCAA Championship.
 
This season, Fullbrook played in 12 tournaments, finishing first or tied for the win in three, and placed within the top 10 seven times. She finished with an average of 71.16, tying for the eight-best average in program history.  She finished the season ranked 18th by Scoreboard and is listed 38th in the World Golf Amateur Rankings.
 
Prior to the NCAA Championship, Fullbrook was named All-ACC and earned ACC co-Golfer of the Month for March.

Fullbrook competed at the Curtis Cup for Great Britain and Ireland, where she led the team behind a 4-1 record.
