Was 2-4 with a 4.88 ERA in 16 appearances (11 starts)…struck out 77 batters in 48.0 innings pitched…career high 14 strikeouts at Wake Forest on March 13 to earn D1Baseball Pitcher of the Week…also threw a career-high 7.0 innings against the Demon Deacons for his first career win…one of two players in the ACC (with teammate Parker Messick) to have 14 strikeouts in a game in 2022…most strikeouts in a road game for FSU since Randy Choate had 15 at Maryland in 1997…out of the bullpen against Miami, struck out six batters in 5.0 innings to earn the win…did not allow a run vs. NC State over 6.0 innings…struck out five of six batters faced vs. No. 7 TCU…against the Horned Frogs, paired with Messick (14) to strike out the most batters in school history without issuing a walk.
FRESHMAN (2021):
Made 12 appearances, with one start, finishing with a 2.13 earned run average and 15 strikeouts in 12.2 innings pitched…did not record a decision…allowed a pair of runs in his Seminole debut on February 21 against North Florida, but went 12 innings over his next 10 games without an earned run…in his start on May 12 against FGCU, pitched a season-high 3.1 innings with four strikeouts and walked just one…struck out three against Stetson on April 27…gave up just two hits and no runs over 5.2 innings in seven ACC games…matched Clayton Kwiatkowski for the lowest ERA on the team (min. 5.0 IP)…played summer ball for the Y-D Red Sox in the Cape Cod League.

Graduated from Cottonwood High School in Salt Lake City, Utah…ranked the No. 1 LHP and No. 2 overall in Utah by Perfect Game…selected to the 2020 PG Preseason West – All-Region first team…helped lead Cottonwood to a pair of state titles and was a two-time All-State selection…5-0, 1.22 ERA in 2019…third player in FSU history from the state of Utah (Alan Gentry and Ken Heath from Layton, mid-80s)…originally committed to Kentucky…parents are Wendie and Todd Dunn…brother Oliver and sister Emma…brother played baseball at the University of Utah and was drafted in the 11th round of the 2019 MLB Draft by the New York Yankees…sister played volleyball at Eastern Washington…majoring in sport management…born on February 20, 2002.
