2024-25 Season
Cross Country: Placed 15th in the 5k with a time of 15:38.5 at the UCF XC Opener... finished the 8k with a time of 25:30.7 at the Nuttycombe Invitational... earned a sixth place finish and PR in the 8k with a time of 24:43.0 at the FSU XC Invitational...Set a new personal best in the 8k (24:31.9) at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals...Placed 36th in the 10k (31:08.1) at the NCAA DI South Region Cross Country Championship.
2023-24 Season
Outdoor: Finished with a PR in the 5000m (14:22.18) for 6th place at the Pepsi Florida Relays... won the 5000m (14:42.66) at the FSU Relays... finished 26th in the 10000m (31:03.98) at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Cross Country: Placed 27th in the 8k at the Fire Tower Project Run with a time of 25:35.20 ...Placed 20th in the 8k at the Covered Bridge Open with a time of 25:10.11 ... Placed 22nd in the 8k at the FSU Invite with a time of 25:26.1 ... Finished 55th in the 8k at the Crimson Classic with a season best time of 25:00.5
2022-23 Season
Cross Country: Awarded the ACC Top 6 for Service at the Golden Nole Awards…placed 10th in the 5000m run (14:56.32) at the River City Spring Break Classic
2021-22 Season
Cross Country: Began the season with a 26:46.6 time in the Open 8k at the FSU Pre-Nationals meet as an unattached runner.
BEFORE FSU:
A current Ponte Vedra High School record holder in the 5k and 3200… was named Athlete of the Year at the St. Augustine Sports Club… graduated as an AP Scholar and National Honor Society member… ran cross country and track & field under coach Rob Circelli.
