Frankie Grizzle-Malgrat was named assistant equipment manager at Florida State in 2021. His responsibilities include managing equipment needs for FSU's national-champion soccer and softball teams.

Grizzle-Malgrat’s time with FSU began in the fall of 2013 as a student manager with the football team. He spent two seasons with the Seminole football team before transferring to Saint Leo University. While he was at Saint Leo, he continued contributing to FSU as an equipment intern.

After graduating, Grizzle-Malgrat took over equipment manager responsibilities for Florida State's cross country and track and field programs. He then was promoted to assistant equipment manager to work with soccer and softball in 2021.

Grizzle-Malgrat earned his bachelor's degree in sports business from Saint Leo University in 2018. He and his wife, Emily, were married in 2021.
