Softball Puts 11 on Academic All-ACC Team

TALLAHASSEE - 11 Florida State softball players were named to the Academic All-ACC Team the conference announced on Tuesday afternoon.

Ashtyn Danley (Management), Bella Dimitrijevic (Marketing), Jazzy Francik (Sport Management), Madi Frey (Sport Management), Hayley Griggs (Marketing), Kennedy Harp (Media Communication Studies), Marin Heller (Sport Management), Anna Hinde (Cyber Criminology), Shelby McKenzie (Nursing), Bella Ruggiero (Finance) and Makenna Sturgis (Exploratory) were all named to the team.Â

To earn Academic All-ACC honors, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Leading the way for the Noles were Francik and Hinde who both achieved 4.00 during the 2025-26 season. 10 out of the 11 athletes achieved a 3.50 or higher.Â

While having great success in the classroom, the Noles thrived on the diamond once again. The Noles won its 19th ACC Regular Season Championship with a 21-3 record and went on to win its 20th ACC Tournament Championship with wins over Georgia Tech, Stanford and Virginia Tech. The Noles finished 2026 with a 52-10 record.Â
