Graduated from Western High School…was named Second Team All-State as a junior, as well as First Team All-County by the Sun-Sentinel and the Miami Herald…as a senior, batted .549 with six home runs and 29 RBI, while posting a 20-4 record as a pitcher with 279 strikeouts and just 45 walks…earned First Team All-State honors, as well as 7A-9A Player of the Year honors from the Sun-Sentinel and Pitcher of the Year accolades from the Miami Herald…also named the top female athlete at Western High School as a senior…played for the New Jersey Intensity travel ball team…earned certification from the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association for participating in horticulture for all four years at WHS…credits her mom, Cherise Coleman, as he greatest influence and inspiration toward playing softball.
