Bella Steigerwalt is in her first season as the Director of Operations for FSU Women's Lacrosse.
A 2025 Florida State graduate, Steigerwalt played club lacrosse all four years, serving on the executive board for three years as Social Media Chair (2022-2025) and Vice President (2024-2025). Steigerwalt had responsibilities of overseeing merchandise, coordinating social events, and planning team community service and youth clinics. Â
Steigerwalt was involved in the process of establishing the varsity women's lacrosse team during the 2022-2023 season with her club team, with the goal of leaving a lasting legacy at Florida State for future female athletes.Â
Steigerwalt is involved in Seminole Student Boosters and worked with FSU football as a creative intern during her senior year.
She is currently in the Sport Management graduate program at Florida State and is expected to graduate in December of 2026.
