Olivia Sprinkle joins the Florida State women's lacrosse staff as the team's Fellowship Coordinator in October 2026. In her new role, she serves to connect student-athletes with opportunities within the community in areas such as service, mentorship and growth.Â
Sprinkle was an inaugural member of the lacrosse program at FSU during the 2026 season, heralded as one of head coach Sara Tisdale's earliest transfer commitments to FSU. Having originally signed with East Carolina University, she transferred to Florida State ahead of her freshman season.Â
A native of Hampstead, Maryland, Sprinkle was a four-year starter and two-time captain for Gerstell Academy, who she helped lead to an IAAM Championship in 2024. She was also an all-county and all-conference selection for lacrosse. Sprinkle was selected for the 2022 Under Armour National Championship, and played for both the clubs of Ultimate Lacrosse and Check-Hers Elite. Additionally, she was a four-year starter for her school's soccer team, which she similarly contributed to an IAAM championship by leading her county in goals scored as a junior. Sprinkle also earned all-conference and all-county recognition twice in soccer.Â
