* Redshirted the 2012 season.
HIGH SCHOOL:
* Helped lead George Jenkins to the 5A state finals as a freshman, 5A state semifinals as a sophomore, 5A regional finals as a junior and 4A state finals as a senior.
* Garnered Player of the Year accolades following her junior season in 2011.
* Four-time all-county and all-state honoree…earned first team all-state accolades in her final three years at George Jenkins.
* Led Polk County in scoring as a sophomore, junior and senior including 45 goals in her final year.
* Earned a spot on the 2011 All-Bay area girls soccer team.
* Named the team Most Valuable Offensive player as a sophomore and junior.
* Also competed in track and field making the state finals in the 110- and 300-meter hurdles as a senior…finished sixth in both events.
* Made the Dean’s List and a member of the Honor Roll all fours…earned straight A’s throughout high school and finished with a GPA of 4.3…recipient of the Principal’s Award.
* Honored as the 2012 All-Academic Female Student-Athlete of the Year.
* Member of the National Honor Society as a junior and a senior.

* Daughter of Thomas Abnathy and Dawn Griffin.
* Father Thomas played football at West Virginia.
* Majoring in biology.
