2020-21 T&F: Turned in an ACC Indoor career-best 13th place finish in the 5000m at the ACC Indoor Championships, with a PR time of 16:38.88 (2/25) … Finished 13th in the 10000m with a time of 35:01.77 at the Virginia Challenge (4/17) … Ran a time of 16:3836 in the 5000m to finish second at Duke Twilight (5/3) … Set personal bests in both the 5000m and 10,000m, recording times of 16:23.42 and 34:02.48 and finishing in 17th and 16th respectively at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/13 – 5/15) … Finished 32nd in the 10,000m with a time of 35:18.26 at the NCAA East Regional (5/27).
2020 XC: Competed in three meets during her senior campaign … opened the season with an eight-place finish at the Virginia Tech Invitational (9/25) … named the Duke Student-Athlete of the Week after taking first overall at the Panorama Farms Invitational (10/16) with a personal-best 5K time of 16:53.0 … ran her 6K in 20:49.6 for a 26th-place result at the ACC Championships (10/30)…Finished in 26th place in the 6K at the FSU Winter XC Classic (2/5) … Competed in her first NCAA Championships, finishing 216th with a time of 22:37.2 on the 6K course (3/15).
2019-20 T&F: Appeared in three meets during the indoor season … clocked a personal record of 10:07.99 in the 3000m at the Carolina Challenge (1/11), placing third in the competition … did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season being cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 XC: Ran in three races during the 2019 fall campaign, finishing two … made her season debut at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (9/20), where she placed 15th with a 6K time of 22:19.6.
2018-19 T&F: Competed in three meets and two events during the indoor season … recorded a personal best time of 10:17.65 in the 3000m at the Hokie Invitational (1/18) … finished a season-best second place at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8) in the 5K, running a time of 17:11.46 … participated in one meet for the outdoor season.
2018 XC: Opened the season in the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (9/28), posting a 5K time of 17:50.93 as part of Duke’s fifth-place team finish … competed in four total meets and events … ran the 6K in the ACC Championships (10/26) and finished with a time of 21:40.5 … participated in the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/9), where she ran the 6K and finished with a time of 21:03.9 and placed 40th.
2017-18 T&F: Appeared in four meets during the 2018 outdoor season … finished 21st at the Raleigh Relays (3/30) with a personal-best 10,000-meter time of 34:53.12 … clocked a PR in the 5000m at the Penn Relays (4/26) … earned second-team All-ACC honors at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/10), where she finished sixth in the 10,000m with a time of 35:13.90 … competed in the 10,000m at the NCAA East Preliminaries.

Prior to Duke: Lettered all four years under Melissa Vandett at Melbourne Catholic Central High School in Melbourne, Florida … was a 2017 New Balance Track and Field Nationals All-American in the 5,000m, placing in sixth at the meet … also competed in the 5,000m at the 2016 edition of the New Balance Track and Field Nationals … earned Cross Country State Medals in both 2015 and 2016 and was District Champion both years … placed third in the 3,200m in both the 2016 and 2017 State Track and Field meet as well as medaling in the 1,600 in 2017 … two-time District Champion in both the 1,600m and the 3,200m … Valedictorian of her high school class … President of the Student Council for the 2016-17 school year … member of the National Honor Society, Rho Kappa Honor Society, and the Spanish Honor Society as well as Secretary of the Science National Honor Society.
