Outdoor T&F:
Ran a new personal best in the 10,000 (35:43.38) at the Penn Relays... Competed at the ACC Championships in the 10,000-meters, placing 29th with a time of 37:19.14.
Indoor T&F:
Set a new personal best in the mile (5:03.67), finishing ninth at the Clemson Invitational...Placed fifth and set another personal best in the 3,000 (9:53.22) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational...Had another fifth place finish in the 5,000 (17:35.70) at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invite...Competed in the 5,000 (16:59.90) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
2023-24 Season
Outdoor T&F:
Finished the 5000 (17:56.79) at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Finished the 5000 (17:01.89) at the Wake Forest Invitational...Set a personal best in the 5000 (16:57.24), finishing fourth at the Pepsi Florida Relays...Placed eighth in the 1500 (4:43.62), setting a personal best at the FSU Relays.
Indoor T&F:
Placed 21st in the mile (5:17.37) and finished eighth in the 3000 (10:17.65), setting two personal bests at the RADD Track and Field Invitational...Placed ninth in the 3000 (10:18.04) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational.
2022-23 Season
Indoor T&F:
Placed 9th at the Jimmy Carnes invitational in the 3,000-meter with a time of 10:18.04... Competed at the RADD Sports Invite, placing 21st in the mile (5:17.37) and eighth in the 3000 (10:17.65)... Placed eighth at the FSU Relays in the 1500 with a time of 4:43.62...
BEFORE FSU
Finished third in the 2022 FHSAA Class 1A State Cross Country Championships with a personal best time of 18:16.3 …. Was a state champion at the 2023 FHSAA Class 1A State Track & Field Championships winning the 3200M with a personal best time of 10:47.99 … she also finished fourth in the 1600m with another personal best time of 5:01.84 … she finished as a 9x state medalist during her four years at Evangelical Christian.
