2024-25 Season
Outdoor T&F:
Took a first place win in the 800 (2:05.45), setting a new personal best at the Terry Long FSU Relays.
Indoor T&F:
Began the season with a sixth place finish in the 4x400 (3:57.41) and a first place finish in the mile (4:38.49) at the Clemson Invitational...Set a new personal best in the mile and finished first (4:34.15) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational...Had two first place finishes, in the DMR (10:57.00) and the 3,000 (9:08.36), setting a personal best in the latter at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invite...Contributed to a fourth place finish in the distance medley relay (10:55.41) and competed in the 3,000 (9:25.08) at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships.. Concluded season at the NCAA East First Round placing 36th in the 5,000-meters with a time of 16:15.70.
2023-24 Season
Outdoor T&F:
Set a personal best in the 5000 (16:50.99) at the Wake Forest Invitational...Set another personal best in the 1500 (4:25.84) placing 18th at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational...Finished in the 800 (2:13.44) and the 1500 (4:36.88) at the Pepsi Florida Relays. Placed 10th in section 1 of the 5000 (15:41.29) at the Stanford Invite... Competed at the East Coast Relays in the 1,500-meter placing fourth with a personal best of 4:22.46.
Indoor T&F:
Placed 27th in the 3,000 (9:42.76) and placed 11th in the distance medley relay (11:39.03) at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Set a personal best in the 3,000 (9:25.45) and finished first in the distance medley relay (11:22.41) at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic...Placed fourth in the mile (4:53.81) and seventh in the 4x400 (4:06.99) at the RADD Track and Field Invitational...Finished third in the 800 (2:13.56) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational.
