Fourth-year member of the program hails from Colorado…coming off her finest year as a junior…was a two-time Colorado 5A state cross country qualifier, helping Fort Collins to the 2014 title.
2019-20
Cross Country: Senior competed in two meets…ran 19:55.2 to place 86th at the FSU Invitational…recorded 6k personal-best in her final cross country race with the Noles, finishing at 23:27.0 at the Blazer Classic.
2018-19
Cross Country: Lined up for two meets…opened the year with a 5k personal-best at the Mountain Dew Invitational (19:32.4)…ran 24:38.5 for 6k at the Bobcat Invitational. Indoor: did not compete. Outdoor: posted the two fastest 5000-meter times of her career…ran 18:49.60 PB at the FSU Relays…followed with an 18:53.32 at the UNF Invitational.
2017-18
Cross Country: Competed in three meets, including the Big Bend Invitational and FSU Invitational on the Noles’ home course…best effort came at the Crimson Classic where she posted a 6k XC personal-best. Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Competed in three meets – all in the 5000m run – where she registered a new PB of 19:17.17 at the North Florida Invitational.
2016-17
Cross Country: Saw action in three meets as a first-year Nole…ran 19:42.93 in debut at Mountain Dew Invitational, which was third among Noles…followed up with 19:51.2 at FSU Invitational…placed sixth among FSU runners at Crimson Classic (23:58.3) in her 6k debut. Indoors: did not compete. Outdoors: saw action in two meets, highlighted by her 5000m track PB (19:47.47) at the Seminole Twilight.

Four-year member of the Fort Collins High cross country and track & field teams…ran 5k cross country personal-best 19:09.0 at Nike Cross Nationals Southwest Regional in her final high school race…owns a 3200 PB of 11:47.11…outstanding student who was a three-year member of the National Honor Society and four-year Academic All-State honoree…also a DECA state qualifier…competed on Fort Collins soccer team as freshman and sophomore…double-major in marketing and business management…born May 9, 1998.
