PERFORMANCE PROFILE
Completed first full year of competition with the Noles in 2018-19 after arriving in January of 2018 as a transfer…saw action in four meets, including ACC championships and was alternate on South Region and NCAA Championship rosters…came on late in the outdoor season and carried momentum into a strong summer…could well be contender for top seven spot with continued improvement.
2019-20
Cross Country: Recorded two personal-best efforts over three meets in the fall…carried strong summer into the opening meet where she finished fourth overall at the Covered Bridge Open, helping the Noles to victory…followed up with a breakthrough 5k effort on the grass at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, finishing in 17:28.0…ran a 6k personal-best of 21:45.3 at the Under Armour Pre-National meet. Indoor: competed in three meets…ran 3000m PB (9:41.13) at the opening Vanderbilt Invitational…followed up with a mile PB (4:54.72) at the Bob Pollock Invitational.
2018-19
Cross Country: Finished fourth overall in her FSU debut against Boston University at Franklin Park course…placed 20th at Mountain Dew Invitational (17:59.4) and was 15th at UAB Blazer Classic over 6k (22:04.2)…was seventh among Noles at the ACC Championships as team finished strong fourth. Indoor: competed in just two meets at Clemson, winning her 800m indoor debut at the Orange & Purple Elite…ran 5:06.13 mile (PB) at the Bob Pollock Invitational. Outdoor: saw action in six meets during the collegiate season, improving along the way…closed out year with a then 1500m PB (4:31.96) at the Bryan Clay Invitational and followed up with an 800m PB (2:12.96) at the Tom Jones Memorial…maintained that progression back home in England over the summer with two new 1500m PBs and one in the 800…ran lifetime-best 4:25.17 at the BMC Gold Standard Races one week after dropping a 2:10.83 800m PB at the BMC Regional Races…finished ninth in the 1500 at the England U23 Championships.
2017-18
Arrived at Florida State in January and sat out the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons as a medical redshirt.
Personal
Competed in two cross country meets in the fall for San Francisco, placing 17th at the USF Invitational and 30th at the Sacramento Capital Cross Challenge where she posted a 6k time of 21:51.2…competed for Westbury/Yale club at home…owns pre-US personal-bests of 2:12.38 (800) and 4:32.16 (1500) established in 2017…won the Antrim Cross Challenge in her 13th year for Westbury, where she was team captain and athlete of the year…Westbury won team of the year honors during her 12th year…was athlete of the year at Yale in year 11..also finished fourth in 800 that year at English Schools Championships…was South West Cross Country Champion in year 10…in addition to running also played netball, hockey, tennis and swam…daughter of Nigel and Jane Wallace…marketing major at FSU…born June 12, 1999.
