Madison Peele rejoined the Florida State University Strength and Conditioning staff in June for the 2025-26 season. She oversees the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for Women’s Indoor Volleyball and Beach Volleyball.

Before returning to Tallahassee, Peele spent three years at the University of Southern California, where she was responsible for Women’s Beach Volleyball, Women’s Tennis, Women’s Water Polo, Men and Women Cross Country. In her three seasons, Peele helped the Beach Volleyball program achieve 2 National Titles and one Pac-12 Conference Title in 2023 and 2024. Peele helped Women’s Tennis make 3 NCAA Tournament appearances, Women’s Water Polo make a postseason appearance, and winning runner-up at the 2025 NCAA tournament.

She also assisted in the Track Programs' success in 2024-25, winning the Indoor Track NCAA National Championship and Outdoor Track Big 10 Conference Championship. Prior to USC, Peele was a Graduate Assistant at Florida State University, working primarily with Women’s Tennis and Men’s Cross Country. As well as assisting with Beach Volleyball and Women’s Soccer. During her time as a Graduate Assistant, Peele also worked with the Florida State Army ROTC program.

Prior to being a Graduate Assistant, Peele was an intern at Fort Bragg Army Base in North Carolina. She assisted in combat readiness for Combat Engineers, Intelligence, Combat Support, and the Air Defense Artillery. Prior to Bragg, Peele was an intern at Florida State University and East Carolina University. In 2020, Peele received her bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University as a Health Fitness Specialist. In 2022, she obtained her master’s degree from Florida State University in Sports Science. The Emerald Isle, North Carolina native is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
