Noles Open NCAA Championships

Atlanta, Ga. – The 2022 Women’s NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships began on Wednesday night at the McAuley Aquatics Center.
The Seminoles competed in the 200 medley relay, finishing 19th with a time of 1:36.28 behind the team of Tania Quaglieri, Nina Kucheran, Jenny Halden and Rebecca Moynihan.
“We had a great relay,” FSU head coach Neal Studd said. “But we were just a little off. The ladies did a great job and we will be back at it tomorrow.”
Thursday’s prelims will start at 10 a.m. and the top 16 will advance to finals at 6 p.m.
Kucheran and Edith Jernstedt are scheduled to compete in the 200 IM, while Quaglieri is entered in the 50 free.
