Volleyball Hosts NC State on Sunday at 1PM

Tallahassee, Fla. (Seminoles.com) - Florida State Volleyball looks to extend its current win streak to seven matches on Sunday when it hosts NC State in a Mental Health Awareness Match at 1 p.m. at Tully Gym.
Sunday's match will include educating fans about the importance of one's mental health and how it affects student-athletes.
FSU looks to start 6-0 in the ACC for the fourth time in program history and for the first time since 2015. The other seasons FSU started 6-0 besides 2015 were in 2011 and 2014. Its best start ever in ACC play was 16-0 in 2011's Final Four season.
FSU and NC State meet for the 59th time, with the Seminoles holding a 50-8 record. NC State swept the Noles last season, 3-0, in Raleigh. The Wolfpack (13-3, 3-2) have gotten off to a strong start this season.
Head Coach Chris Poole owns 221 ACC wins, ranking fourth on the league's career list. He only trails former Clemson coach Joleene Hoover (224), current Duke coach Jolene Nagel (287) and former UNC coach Joe Sagula (287) on the all-time list.
Junior middle blocker Khori Louis is hitting .566 in six home matches this season. Louis' career high in total blocks is eight, which has come three times. One of those matches was as a freshman against NC State on Oct. 1, 2021.
Over the last 10 matches, Jelli Draskovic owns 197 assists (5.05 assists/set) and Kenna Phelan has 196 assists (5.03 assists/set).
Audrey Koenig ranks in the Top 10 in the ACC in total kills (fourth; 135) and kills per set (10th; 3.38).
