Inside Seminole Athletics to Feature Lonni Alameda and Link Jarrett on April 21 at Bowden's

TALLAHASSEE - Florida State fans are invited to Bowden's in CollegeTown on Monday, April 21 for Inside Seminole Athletics featuring Florida State softball head coach Lonni Alameda and Florida State baseball head coach Link Jarrett. Coach Alameda will begin the show with Jack Kavovit from 7:00-7:30 p.m. before Coach Jarrett chats with Eric Luallen from 7:30-8:00 p.m.
Fans can watch the show on the Seminoles Unconquered App, the Florida State Seminoles Facebook page and on the Florida State softball and baseball X accounts. Fans in Tallahassee can listen to the show on 96.5 FM The Spear as well as Seminoles.com and the Florida State Gameday App.
Both Coach Alameda and Coach Jarrett have their teams in a great position to compete for an ACC Championship and make a run in postseason.
FSU softball is 40-6 and 14-1 in ACC play which puts them in a tie for first in the ACC standings. The Seminoles are ranked in the top 10 in all major polls and are No. 4 in the RPI, putting them in great position to become a Top 8 national seed come May. FSU has three regular season series remaining against Georgia Tech, Louisville and No. 11 Virginia Tech. FSU's last regular season home series will be this weekend as it takes on the Yellow Jackets on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Coming off a 2024 College World Series appearance, Coach Jarrett has the Seminoles right back in contention to make another run to Omaha. The Seminoles are 29-7 and 11-4 in the ACC. The Seminoles are also ranked in the top 10 of every major poll and are coming off a road sweep of No. 25 Virginia Tech last weekend. FSU has five ACC series remaining including ranked matchups with No. 3 Clemson (May 2-4) and No. 12 North Carolina (May 15-17) at Dick Howser Stadium. FSU will host 2024 CWS participant Virginia this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
