Florida State is 3-0-1 on the season after a 7-0 home win over Stetson on Thursday night. The Seminoles are 3-0-0 at home, all shutouts against in-state opponents, and 0-0-1 on the road. FAU has won two in a row and is 2-4-1 in 2025.

Following a season-high seven-goal performance, FSU has scored 15 goals with 15 assists on 73 shots and 31 shots on goal. In four games, the team has allowed one goal on 22 shots, eight on target, with seven saves while recording clean sheets three times.

Junior forward Jordynn Dudley and junior midfielder Yuna McCormack both have two goals and one assist for five points, tied for second on the team. In goal, redshirt sophomore Addie Todd has six saves in her three appearances with two shutouts.

Two streaks were extended with Thursday's win over Stetson, as FSU is 28-0-4 since early in the 2019 campaign in regular-season non-conference play and 29-0-2 overall at home since the middle of the 2022 season.

SERIES HISTORY VS. FAU
The Seminoles are 3-0-0 all-time against FAU. The series began with a 7-0 victory in Tallahassee in 2003, followed by a 3-0 win in the NCAA Tournament in 2005 in Gainesville, Florida. FSU traveled to Boca Raton in 2006 and returned home with a 2-1 win in the last meeting between the two sides.

SCOUTING THE OWLS
FAU enters the Sunday afternoon contest with a 2-4-1 record and a 1-1-1 mark at home. The Owls have won two in a row, with a 2-1 win over Lipscomb on August 31 and a 3-2 triumph at Jacksonville on Thursday night. The two victories snapped a four-game losing streak and a five-game winless stretch to begin the campaign.

Sloane Young leads the team with three goals, six points and five shots on goal, while Sydney Neira has a team-best two assists. Ashley Small has started five games in goal and has a 2.10 goals-against average with 20 saves and a .667 save percentage in 428 minutes.

LAST TIME OUT: SEVEN PAST STETSON
Florida State scored a season-high seven goals, including five in the second half, in a 7-0 victory over Stetson on Thursday night in Tallahassee. Six players scored a goal and six registered an assist in the victory as 23 players appeared in the game, all but two for at least 19 minutes.

As they registered their third shutout of the season, the Seminoles out-shot the Hatters 26-1, including 21-1 in the second half, and the home side had a 13-1 advantage in shots on target. FSU had all six corner kicks in the match.

Freshman midfielder Nawreen Ahmad scored twice, the first two goals of her career, and fellow freshman forward Ashlyn Anderson also netted her first collegiate goal. McCormack scored the game's first goal, her first career game-winner. Fifth-year midfielder Marianyela Jiménez and freshman defender Mya Brandon both had two assists, the firsts of their FSU and collegiate careers, respectively.

Florida State improved to 9-0-0 all-time against Stetson and matched its largest margin of victory in the in-state series, along with a similar 7-0 home triumph in 2014. Eight of the nine contests have been FSU shutouts.
