Noles Return Home to Host North Carolina on Sunday

TALLAHASSEE - The Florida State women's basketball team (6-12, 1-5 ACC) will welcome RV/23 North Carolina (14-5, 3-3 ACC) on Sunday at 2 p.m.
 
The Tar Heels come into Sunday's contest ranked 23rd in the USA Today coaches poll and receiving votes in the AP poll. North Carolina owns the series, 34-18.
 
Florida State has six players averaging at least 8.0 points per game this season, led by Solè Williams, who is averaging 15.6 per game.
 
The Seminoles lead the ACC in free throw made per game (14.89), led by Jasmine Shavers who ranks second in the league in free throw percentage at 84.7 percent. 
 
Florida State ranks second in the ACC in threes per game at 8.4, as Williams leads the team with 2.0 made per game.

The Last Time Out
The Seminoles picked up the first conference win of the season at Pitt, 69-65.
 
Florida State was led by its seniors Sydney Bowles and Amaya Bonner. Bowles tallied a season-high 24 points behind six threes made, which tied her career high.
 
Bonner set a new career-high of 22 points and tied her career best of six field goals made for the third-straight game. She also made a career best of nine free throws.  It was her third straight game scoring in double figures.
 
Tatum Greene tied her career high in steals with four for the second straight game.
