Noles Host Miami on Sunday for ‘Paint it Pink’

TALLAHASSEE - The Florida State women's basketball team (7-16, 2-9 ACC) will host Miami (12-11, 4-8 ACC) on Sunday for the annual 'Paint it Pink' game at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center at 2 p.m.
The Seminoles will face the Hurricanes for the second time this season. Miami won the first meeting on Jan. 11 at the Watsco Center, 89-73 , but the Seminoles hold the series lead, 53-20. In the first outing, the game saw 15 lead changes, led by Sole Williams who contributed 19 points.
Florida State is led by Williams, who is averaging 15.1 points per game, followed by Jasmine Shavers at 12.4.
The team will wear pink uniforms and fans can support the Walker Breast Health Center with a donation, shopping in-store or online at Seminoles.com for pink gear or bidding on auction items. More information can be found at Seminoles.com.

The Last Time Out
The Seminoles outscored NC State 32-31 in the second half, but fell in Raleigh, 83-55.
Florida State was led by Avery Treadwell, who contributed her first career double-double with 12 points and a career-high 12 rebounds. She became the 17th player in FSU history to earn a double-double in an ACC game, coming off the bench.
In addition to Treadwell on the boards, Tatum Greene added nine, her third game in four outings she contributed nine. She also added three blocks.
