Inside Seminole Athletics Set For Wednesday

TALLAHASSEE – The Inside Seminole Athletics Coaches Show returns for its spring episode on April 15 at 7 p.m., live from Bowden's in CollegeTown.
The show features softball head coach Lonni Alameda, lacrosse head coach Sara Tisdale and beach volleyball head coach Brooke Niles all joining Jack Kavovit to provide fans with updates on their teams.
Florida State's No. 9-ranked softball team returns home for a weekend series against North Carolina beginning Friday. Lacrosse wraps its inaugural season Thursday by hosting its Seminole Heritage game beginning at 2 p.m. at the Seminole Lacrosse Complex. Beach Volleyball, ranked No. 5 in the country, begins the Big 12 Championships on April 23.
Fans can attend the show in person at Bowden's or watch live on the Seminoles Unconquered app as well as the FSU Athletics' X and Facebook accounts. The show also will air live on 100.7 FM in Tallahassee and on the FSU Gameday app.
