REDSHIRT SENIOR (2022):

Led FSU with four saves…3.72 ERA, 1-4 in 25 appearances out of the bullpen…struck out 52 batters in 36.1 innings pitched and opponents hit just .199 against him…combined with Conner Whittaker and Wyatt Crowell to strike out nine Florida batters in FSU’s 5-0 win, the Noles first shutout against the Gators in Tallahassee since 1993…career-best 3.1 innings and 7 strikeouts in 17-inning win vs. NC State…signed as a free agent with the San Francisco Giants.

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2021):

Made 25 pitching appearances, with a 1-2 record and 2.67 ERA on the year…at the plate, hit .286 in 42 at-bats with three doubles, a triple and a home run…finished 81st nationally in pitching appearances…had three saves on the year, against Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and Georgia Tech…in his fifth start as DH, against Troy on May 2, hit a double and a tie-breaking home run in FSU’s 4-2 win…at No. 2 Notre Dame, gave FSU a 2-1 lead in the fourth inning on May 7…versus Clemson on May 16, FSU’s home finale, had a pinch-hit, two-run single that broke a tie in a game FSU won 10-6…his three saves were the second-most on the team behind Jack Anderson’s five…set a career high with three hits at Georgia Tech, including his first double…was the hard-luck loser in his NCAA Tournament debut against Ole Miss, allowing just one hit and one unearned run against the Rebels over a season-high 3.0 innings…had an RBI single the next day as the starting designated hitter against Southern Miss…tied a season high with four strikeouts against Pitt on February 28…K’d 33 over 27.0 innings on the year…played summer ball for the Savannah Bananas in the Coastal Plains League.

JUNIOR (2020):

Ended the 2020 season 1-1 with a 4.66 earned run average…allowed eight hits in 9.2 innings pitched, with five runs…struck out 15 batters and walked four…season-high 3.1 innings pitched and four strikeouts against Mercer on March 3…earned the win on Tyler Martin’s walk-off single in the 11th inning against the Bears…made his Seminole debut on Opening Day, allowing a hit and recording a strikeout in 0.1 innings against Niagara.

PERSONAL:

A transfer from Wallace Community College in Dothan, Alabama…ranked the No. 87 overall player in Georgia and the state’s No. 15 right-handed pitcher by Perfect Game coming out of South Effingham High School in Guyton in 2017…as a sophomore, he helped lead his team to the Elite 8 4-AAAA Georgia State Playoffs…as a junior, he did not lose a playoff game, going 11-1 in the regular season and making it to the semifinals of 5-A Georgia State Playoffs…enjoys hunting, fishing, basketball and golf…parents are Larry and Natalie Hare…siblings Anna-Blake, Elizabeth, Katherine, and Ella…majoring in interdisciplinary social science…born on June 15, 1999.
