Played two seasons in junior college, as a freshman at State College of Florida and in 2023 at Indian River State College…struck out 44 batters in 26.1 innings for Indian River, with a 3.76 ERA…drafted by the Washington Nationals in the 11th round as the first pick of day three…at St. John Paul II, was the Sun-Sentinel’s Palm Beach County 5A-1A Player of the Year, as well as team MVP…finished his senior season 8-3 with a save, a 1.69 ERA and 68 strikeouts in 58.0 innings…mom is Heather Ann Adams…three siblings - twin brother Gage Adams, Evan Schaffner and Brittany Helms...Gage plays baseball at South Alabama…majoring in interdisciplinary social science…born on February 8, 2003.
