Bella Ruggiero singled to center to bring in another run, and Kennedy Harp launched her fifth home run on the first pitch she saw to put the Noles up 5-0.
Â
Torres got back to work in the second as she hit her sixth triple of the season and came home on a sacrifice fly from Beachum.Â
Â
After a scoreless third inning, the Tar Heels scored two runs on one hit, but the Noles responded in the bottom of the fourth as Marin Heller hit her second home run of the season to lead off the bottom of the fourth inning.Â
Â
The Noles added another run in the fifth as Anna Hinde reached on an error. Ruggiero doubled to right field, and Harp picked up her fourth RBI of the game with a sac fly.Â
