2012:
Made 35 appearances with 11 starts in his first season in Tallahassee…nine of his 11 starts were as the Seminole DH with the other two coming in right field…finished the year hitting .262 (11-for-42) with 11 runs and four RBI…hit .269 as a starter…ranked second on the team with 12 HBP…24 appearances off the bench were the third most on the team…tallied two pinch hits…recorded his first hit as a Seminole with a single against Stetson (3/20)…first collegiate start came at Wake Forest (3/23) as the DH…made back-to-back starts in right field in the first two games against Maryland…recorded two hits in the series opener vs. MD with a pair of singles and then drove in a career-high two runs in game two…delivered a pinch hit single in the bottom of the ninth of the series finale against Rhode Island and scored one of the three runs in FSU’s come-from-behind victory in the ninth…saw action in both games of the Tallahassee Super Regional against Stanford starting at DH in game two and going 1-for-1 with one RBI and a run scored…made two appearances at the CWS (vs. Stony Brook and in the second game against Arizona)…recorded a putout against the Seawolves.
BROWARD STATE COLLEGE:
Named team captain in 2011 and garnered JUCO all-conference honors…hit .500 at BSC during conference play in 2010…named to the Dean’s List in his two seasons at BSC.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Earned all-conference honors as a sophomore and junior at American Heritage; named All-State as a senior…served as team captain during his junior and senior seasons…named MVP of his high school team as a senior…member of the Key Club, was an Honor Roll student all throughout high school.
